Chief John Nicholson releases the following information:
July 16 at 6:31 p.m. Wesley Guerrettaz, 26, of Flora was issued a citation for No Valid
Drivers License following a traffic stop in the 800 block of N. Worthey Street.
July 17 at 6:36 a.m. Dennis L. Sebring Jr., 25, of Flora was arrested for Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia following an investigation in the 500 block of East North Avenue.
July 18 at 12:19 a.m. Hillary Kay Windle, 17, of Flora was issued a citation for Speeding
following a traffic stop at Vincennes and S. Stanford.
July 18 at 10:26 p.m. Randy E. Hudgins, 49, of Flora was issued citations for Improper
Lane Usage and DUI following a traffic stop in the 100 block of W. 2nd.
July 19 at 9:30 a.m. the department investigated an accident in the 200 block of E. 11th
involving a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee operated by Delores F. Colclasure, 53, of Flora and
a parked 1997 Ford Thunderbird owned by Melisa F. Britton of Sullivan. No injuries were
reported.
July 19 at 11:01 a.m. Freddie Lee Payne, 29, of Flora was issued citations for Operating
Uninsured Vehicle and No Valid Drivers License following a traffic stop in the 300 block of
N. Mill.
July 20 at 1:10 a.m. Rodney A. Poole, 23, of Flora was issued a citation for Disobeying
Traffic Control Device following a traffic stop at 4th and N. Main.
July 20 at 4:12 a.m. Nicholas L. Rygula, 21, of Cisne was arrested on a warrant for Military
Desertion from the Marine Corps. Rygula was transported to Clay County Jail awaiting
extradition.
July 20 at 10:40 p.m. Joshua W. Ruscher, 19, of Flora was arrested for Domestic Battery
and Resisting a Peace Officer following an incident in the 500 block of E. 3rd. Ruscher
was transported to Clay County Jail.
All persons are merely accused of the charges against them and are presumed innocent
unless proven guilty in a court of law.
